A Traditional Powder Room

This powder room will forever be one of my all time favourites. One of the things I love about powder rooms is you can let your creative design shine. I went the traditional route in our powder room. Probably the most traditional (with a touch of glam) in our entire house. Starting with the custom vanity with a polished marble counter, with brass details. We installed the wallpaper last (a good six months later) as it was definitely a splurge. I love how the grass cloth wallpaper added texture and interest. A great little private space for our guests to enjoy when welcomed into our home.

My tips for a great powder room.
1. Start with a statement mirror.
2. Find complimentary wall sconces or a single small pendant to add to your design style.
3. Have fun with your faucet and hardware choices.
4. Bring in a fun and unique wallpaper that ties it all together.
